There are 800 students in Manor House who rarely get a chance to 'meet up' as a single group. Well, it happened on Wednesday 9 March, thanks to the SMILE committee and the Student Council.

We were delighted to welcome Jim Breen of 'Cycle Against Suicide' to Manor House. We have adopted the mantra of this voluntary organisation (i.e. 'It's ok not to feel ok and it's absolutely ok to ask for help'). We showed him how much work the Manor House SMILE Committee has done in order to promote  positive mental health in our school. Jim gave an inspiring talk, keeping the whole school enthralled for more than half an hour. During the event, Emma Ormonde sang 'Little Love' and the Emmanuel choir performed one of their Helix songs.  The PE hall looked spectacular.
